Aviron Interactive is a fast growing startup in the connected fitness technology industry. We manufacture interactive rowing machines equipped with a 22” touchscreen loaded with hundreds of workout options including fully animated video games and real-time competitions.
Aviron is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our rowing machines are in hotels, fitness centers and schools around the U.S, including Nike’s Headquarters.
We have been featured in TechCrunch and Forbes said “Aviron is an interactive rowing machine designed to provide you with powerful, captivating workouts”. We are a venture backed company with investment from high profile funds such as Y Combinator , Samsung and Formic Ventures, founded by Oculus cofounder Michael Antonov.

For the first time in my career, I have the opportunity to work on a new invention. Here at Aviron, we build a product like no others. Every day I can help and really a part of the success of our invention.
I can do workout all day long. We create a Smart Gym Equipment, so I have to learn about health and how to be healthy. I can feel my fitness improving every day. Now I can finish an ultra marathon 70 Km or 3 Km swimming, that I had never thought I can do before Aviron.
– Build something useful for everyone that is healthy and fun way.
– Learn something new everyday.
Aviron – One of the best companies to work for in my opinion. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a great company. Excellent environment with a building full of energized people. Leadership gave direction and clear guidance to meet goals. There is always room for improvement with a positive attitude and a perspective ahead.
Rowing machines are available at workplace to be able to support you during you are working. That also means you will have chance to be WORKOUT every day. Free membership is great too.
The first time I went to the interviewing company, the way you greeted me was very friendly, cheerful, amiable, and asked some socially intimate questions and then asked in-depth questions that made me feel less pressured, so I feel like a family. Next, the company policies matched my desires as well. That’s why I choose Aviron
Here I learn many things, to develop myself. And I also find colleagues who are cute, friendly, funny, always interested in helping people.
After 1 year working at Aviron company, I decided to stick with Aviron for a long time. The best reason for that decision is because I can find a friendly, comfortable workplace and work on a very special project (The project about connected between fitness and technology).
My job is not simply programming for an ordinary application, but it is a combination of games, fitness and many other things. Especially, I can exercise and work at the same time, and I enjoy it very much.
