After twelve years of establishment and development, Tiki has become an all-in-one commerce ecosystem with a number of subsidiaries:

Navigate through the complex ecosystem with a lot of teams actively maintaining & developing cool features. Being able to relate what I’m doing with the pace of the company on the way to becoming the best e-commerce site in Vietnam.
Take a cool tea cup from the pantry, put the headphone on then start writing lines of code that make me feel proud. Be involved in discussions with smart people about complex problems that came out of the pace of a fast-growing e-commerce site in Vietnam.
What I like most about my current job is working directly with founder Tran Ngoc Thai Son on a very potential project, using the great technology of blockchain. Thanks to meeting and exchanging with him often, I learned a lot of things and broadened my horizons.
Perhaps the thing I want to thank Tiki for the most is for giving me the power to make many decisions on my own. Thanks to that, I improved a lot of my management skills and business sense. What I do can be tested immediately to make quick improvements.
